Samsung Electronics Co Ltd has accused Nvidia Corp of infringing a number of its semiconductor-related patents and for making false claims about its merchandise, counter-suing after Nvidia filed a lawsuit against the Korean company in September.

“We will evaluate and reply to those new claims against us, and look ahead to providing our case on how Nvidia GPU patents are getting used and not using a license,” Nvidia mentioned in a statement on Tuesday.

Nvidia also pointed to a benchmarking study that supported its declare that the Tegra was the fastest cell processor in the marketplace.
