Nokia 8, the flagship Nokia-branded Android smartphone in the home of HMD International, has begun receiving its Android 8.0 Oreo update. The information was announced by Juho Sarvikas, Chief Product Officer in HMD Global, in a tweet on Friday. To remember, the smartphone also had obtained a beta build of Android 8.0 Oreo a month, a build that consumers can install via an update over the air after signing up to be a beta tester.
The rest of the Nokia Android smartphones from HMD Global will even receive their Android 8.0 Oreo updates in the not too distant future, specifically, the Nokia two, Nokia 3, Nokia 5, along with Nokia 6. In reality, that they should all also receive their Android P update, as promised by HMD International last month.
The Nokia two is the latest smartphone in HMD International, also it went on sale in India on Friday. It is also the least expensive smartphone in the business, sporting a price tag of Rs. 6,999 (recommended best purchase price).

The double rear camera set up on the Nokia 8 includes 2 13-megaixel detectors – one is an RGB sensor and includes optical image stabilisation (OIS), while another is a black detector. Both have a aperture of f/2.0, 1.12-micron pixel components, stage detection autofocus, a 76.9-degree wide-angle lens, stage detection autofocus (PDAF), dual-tone LED display, and an IR range finder.
On the front, the Nokia 8 communicates another 13-megapixel detector with PDAF, 1.12-micron pixels, an f/2.0 aperture, along with also an 78.4-degree wide-angle lens. The business is touting the ‘bothies’ characteristic with all the smartphone, allowing users to shoot photos or videos using the front and back cameras simultaneously.
