Asus rolls out entry level Zenfone C @ Rs 5,999  


Well known phone giant Asus has rolled out its new offering, named Zenfone C (ZC451CG), in the domestic market.

The company’s novel budget smartphone has been priced at Rs 5,999. The handset is obtainable in 3 color patterns including black, red and white. The phone is available at Flipkart as well as at company’s special stores.

The newly rolled out device features a 4.5” FWVGA (854x480pixel) twined nematic display. Catered through a 1.2 gigahertz Intel Z2520 CloverTrail processor and 1 gigabyte random access memory, the handset boasts internal storage of 8 gigabyte and the memory is also expandable up to 64 gigabyte by the use of microSD card.

The handset features Android 4.4 KitKat together with Asus ZenUI coating on top.

ZC451CG has a 5 mega pixel back camera in addition to a VGA front-facing camera.

According to the company, the handset comes with the firm’s PixelMaster expertise in order to captivate around 400 per cent vivider pics during night, or at places where light is too dim. In addition, there is no need for a camera flash.

Asus Zenfone C (ZC451CG) is powered through a 2100mAh battery that the firm says offers talk time of around 29.8 hours. The phone boasts standby time of around 260 hours.

In terms of connectivity, the double sim handset backs up global positioning system, 3G, wireless fidelity in addition to Bluetooth 4.0.
