Airtel will have to pay Over Rs. Four hundred Crore to Merge with Subsidiary ABSL


Telecom major Airtel can have to pay over Rs. 400 cores as migration charge and financial institution guarantee of 1-time spectrum price to merge with its subsidiary Airtel Broadband services Ltd, which holds 4Gspectrum.

“Airtel must pay Rs. 406.09 cores equal to the variation between entry price for united states of Delhi, Haryana, Kerala and Mumbai carrier areas, and entry charge paid for merger of internet license keeping BWA spectrum with United States for respective provider areas,” a respectable source mentioned.
